Crane Co. is seeking a Channel Manager, Americas to lead distributor expansion across North America, Canada and South America. You will work with Regional Sales Managers to drive engagement, onboard partners, and optimize channel performance.

The role reports to the VP of Global Sales & Marketing, offers remote opportunities based in Los Angeles, and requires travel up to 50% to accelerate growth and market coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in channel/distribution management or related leadership role.
• Experience managing national or multi-regional distributors and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute channel strategies to grow sales across NA, Canada and South America.
• Manage and strengthen distributor, representative, and partner relationships.
• Onboard new channel partners and review performance with action plans.
• Analyze markets and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel efficiency.
• Deliver training programs for channel partners and support product launches.
