Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in ambulatory access, patient access, or healthcare operations.
  • Epic Cadence/Ambulatory/Referrals experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, updates, and monitors complex project workplans and status reports (35%).
  • Audits scheduling structures and monitors utilization to maximize capacity (20%).
  • Analyzes referral queues, extracts performance metrics, and cleans data (20%).
  • Coordinates post-implementation reviews and system adjustments (15%).
  • Collaborates with finance to align scheduling with revenue cycle guidelines (10%).
