Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily schedule for outpatient and applicable inpatient appointments.
• Enters demographic and procedure data into RIS and disseminates forms.
• Obtains pre-authorizations for exams and communicates with departments.
• Handles incoming calls and reschedules when needed.
