Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reception and customer service duties for ambulatory access.
• Register patients and verify demographics in MPI.
• Manage visit scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Perform insurance/coverage verification and co-payment collection.
• Handle front-end edits, pre-authorization and referrals.
• Support administrative tasks such as forms, filing, calls, and reports.
