Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sales Director for Amazon to define and lead the Amazon sales strategy within our Tools & Outdoor team. This remote, leadership role reports to the VP, Partner eCommerce Sales and guides a nationally distributed team to drive growth and optimize performance across the Amazon 1P business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Digital, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of Account/Business Management and/or Sales leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years of eCommerce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP to drive strategic planning for the Amazon business.
• Establish and own relationships with Amazon leaders.
• Manage and mentor National Account Managers to grow the Amazon business.
• Drive Amazon priorities with Operations, Channel, Product, Brand Marketing and other teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage rhythms and processes.
• Identify and drive KPIs to improve user experience, traffic and value.
• Maximize Content, Merchandising, Digital Media and Connected Commerce levers to gain market share.
• Be responsible for billing, reporting and analytics for the Amazon 1P business.
• Support the VP and act as SME in leadership rhythms and meetings.
