Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a sales-focused life sciences professional to champion AKTA chromatography solutions across a defined territory. You will leverage technical knowledge to support demonstrations, training and applications, while expanding customer relationships and achieving annual sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in biotech or related fields, expert knowledge of chromatography workflows, and proven ability to communicate complex concepts to scientific audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of lab or biotech experience.
• Strong knowledge of protein purification/chromatography workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with life science customers to support chromatography workflows with product knowledge, training and application support.
• Generate new business and expand relationships for AKTA portfolio; identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Achieve annual sales targets with funnel management and forecasting in Salesforce; develop territory plans.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and lab stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AKTA platforms for protein purification and related applications.
