Job summary

InAir, a fully remote consulting firm with a US-focused footprint, seeks an Implementation Consultant to design and deliver Airtable-based systems for enterprise clients. You will map client operations, design robust Airtable solutions, and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with an Engineer for custom code and own the what, when, and how of delivery, bringing real, working systems to life using Airtable and other tools in the low-code/no-code

Qualifications

• Shipped working systems in low-code/no-code tools.
• Relational data fundamentals and database design.
• Fluency in business workflows and how to model them as systems.
• Strong client presence and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Airtable systems—tables, automations, and interfaces—for client operations.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover workflows, pain points, and define success.
• Own delivery across multiple client projects, coordinating with a dedicated Engineer.
• Improve existing Airtable setups to be cleaner, faster, and more scalable.
