Job summary

InAir, a fully remote consulting firm, seeks a Solutions Consultant to own architectural design and delivery of Airtable-based business systems. This hybrid role combines Solutions Architect responsibilities with Delivery Manager duties, translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable Airtable databases.

You will lead discovery, align technical implementations with client goals, and manage project scope and timelines with an engineer on the team.

Qualifications

• Mastery of relational database theory and Airtable’s data modeling.
• Experience in solutions architect, technical PM, or delivery consultant roles.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, schemas, automations, and interfaces for Airtable builds.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Own project delivery, scope, priorities, and timelines with engineers.
