InAir is a fully remote consulting firm specializing in Airtable solutions. We seek a Technical Project Manager who will own client projects from discovery to delivery and actively build parts of the solution in Airtable.

You’ll bridge business goals with practical configurations, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations while collaborating with an Engineer who handles custom code.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to design processes in tools like Airtable, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zapier.
• Strong understanding of how tables relate and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, define scope, priorities, and timelines for enterprise clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Build and configure Airtable systems, tables, automations, and interfaces.
• Review and improve existing client implementations for better structure and scalability.
