Job Summary:

• The Client Configuration Team for TV+ and Music is seeking an Air table Engineer to support the development, implementation, and documentation of Air table Low Code solutions.
• This role requires an extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience in Air table implementations and can work cross-functionally.
• They will need to have clear and effective communication skills and be able to work well with teams across our business.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Program Manager with Airtable builds, testing, and maintenance
• Assisting in deployment of Airtable processes and workflows across teams
• Developing documentation and training materials for new processes and workflows
• Leading training sessions, and acting as point of contact for user feedback and questions
• Monitoring quality of tools to ensure all business requirements are met
• Managing and tracking any bugs and identifying missing functionalities
• Validating product in both test and production environment
• Supporting in authenticating the functionality of a build
• Intaking new use cases and validating for limitations and security requirements
• Working with end-users to provide good business partnership that keeps them happy and working efficiently
• Experience implementing and documenting new processes across a new organization
• Experience deploying UAT plans and tracking key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses
• Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software
• Ability to retain new information and learn workflows quickly
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
• Ability to establish clear milestones and meet commitments on deadlines
• Experience handling sensitive and classified information/data with the upmost discretion
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a resourceful and “can-do” attitude (no job too small)
• Communicates effectively with all personnel levels (staff to executive)

Experience:

Pay Range: $70/hr - $80/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
