Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Technical Project Manager to own enterprise client projects from discovery to delivery, while hands-on building significant parts of the solution in Airtable. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and coordinate with our Engineer and clients to keep momentum across accounts.

This hands-on role blends business insight with project governance: you’ll configure Airtable tables, automations, and interfaces, and ensure scalable, clean data structures across client

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing or cross-functional projects with hands-on solution building.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Notion, Asana and similar tools.
• Comfort with relational data and structured databases.
• Strong communication with executives; translate business needs.
• Ability to own outcomes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the client: primary point of contact for enterprise clients; lead discovery and turn goals into requirements.
• Run the project: own scope, priorities, timelines; coordinate with engineers and keep momentum across accounts.
• Build in Airtable: configure tables, automations, and interfaces; you are building the system, not just writing tickets.
• Make systems better: review existing implementations and improve structure, usability, and scalability.
