Job summary

InAir is seeking a dedicated Solutions Consultant to design and implement custom business systems using Airtable. This unique hybrid role requires a deep understanding of database theory and a strong ability to translate enterprise workflows into scalable systems.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure data integrity for multiple enterprise clients. Full-time availability aligned with U.S. hours is required.

Qualifications

• Mastery of core relational database theory and fluent in data normalization, schema design, and ERDs.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical PM, or Delivery Consultant.
• Ability to validate implementation approaches and communicate with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, schemas, automations, and interfaces that are scalable and secure.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover workflows and manage client expectations.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and timelines with a dedicated Engineer.
