Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead for a remote role across the United States. The role partners with business and technology teams to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work, delivering implementation-ready design artifacts.

The candidate will lead discovery, map future-state designs, and define how people and AI collaborate to achieve outcomes, with a focus on reusable patterns and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ~10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or product management.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across large teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Create end-to-end systems-of-work designs linking front-end experiences with back-end processes and data.
