Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking and workflow design with ability to translate complex problems into future-state designs.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements across multiple business units, systems, or technologies.
• Strong AI fluency, including practical knowledge of generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business, technology, and AI teams.
• Define how people and AI work together; translate business needs into implementation-ready designs.
• Create end-to-end systems of work connecting experiences, people, data, and technology.
• Facilitate workshops to move teams from ambiguity to aligned future-state decisions.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches that preserve judgment, accountability, and trust.
• Document future-state workflows and reusable patterns with clear artifacts.
