Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency, including generative AI, agents, automation, and decision support.
• Experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements across business units and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches for AI-enabled workflows.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts connecting business goals to technology delivery.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align goals and define outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to move teams from ambiguity to aligned future-state decisions.
