Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to drive reinvention of complex workflows and design AI-ready systems of work. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into implementable, end-to-end designs that connect people, data, and technology.

The role emphasizes human-AI collaboration, governance, and reusable design patterns, with remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ~10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, product/service innovation, management consulting, or product management.
• Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements involving multiple business units, systems, collaborators, or technology platforms.
• Strong AI fluency, including practical knowledge of generative AI, agents, automation, retrieval, decision support, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for workflow reinvention.
• Lead current-state assessments and future-state design for complex workflows across teams, apps, data sources, and controls.
• Design end-to-end systems of work linking front-stage experiences with backstage people, processes, and technology.
• Define human + AI collaboration patterns and where automation adds value.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts and reusable enterprise design patterns.
