SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm, focusing on practical workflows and responsible AI usage.

You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual sessions, author modules, and drive adoption of Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok across attorneys, partners, and staff, with governance and privacy in mind.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or experience in a law firm/legal tech consulting.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI: prompts, context limits, token optimization, validation.
• Experience with Absorb LMS for course administration.
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training delivery.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and manage access and tracking.
