Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompts, tokens, and result validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in modern LMS like Absorb LMS.
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Provide coaching on prompts, context windows, and token management for enterprise AI tools.
• Guide governance and responsible AI usage across the firm.
