You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital content for attorneys, partners, and executives, focusing on practical AI workflows.

The role includes prompt engineering coaching, governance of responsible AI usage, and collaboration with the training team to publish modules in Absorb LMS and track impact.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of experience training enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep understanding of generative AI: prompts, context windows, token optimization, validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS like Absorb LMS.
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence in approved states.

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
