SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an experienced AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital content to guide attorneys, partners, and executives on effective and responsible AI use across Harvey, Claude, and OpenAI platforms.

You will focus on practical adoption of AI workflows, provide hands-on coaching, and collaborate with the firm’s training team to ensure measurable learning

Qualificações

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Experience training in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, token management, and output validation.
• Experience administering courses in LMS platforms such as Absorb LMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and manage content.
• Train on Harvey AI and other enterprise AI tools; coach leadership on adoption.
