SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, partners, and executive staff on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will drive practical workflow adoption across Harvey and enterprise AI tools, training on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management, and publish

Formación

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year of training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and administrative staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and other enterprise AI platforms; provide coaching on prompt engineering and token management.
• Educate employees on responsible AI practices, confidentiality, and data privacy.
