Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. Design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will drive practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), collaborating with the firm's central training team to build scalable learning programs

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or tech consulting.
1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Hands-on Harvey AI training or law-firm/legal-tech experience preferred.
Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompts, context, tokens, and validation.
Experience creating learning content and courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led trainings.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick references, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and related platforms.
Train professionals on prompt engineering, context windows, and token management.
Provide coaching on foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).
Deliver high-touch enablement to partners and executive leadership.
Educate employees on responsible AI, privacy, and ethics; establish SOPs.
Track attendance, platform usage, and feedback to refine strategies.
