Zusammenfassung

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, author digital content, and guide professionals on using Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and other AI tools.

This remote role focuses on practical workflows and responsible AI practices to drive firm-wide engagement.

Qualifikationen

4+ years in technical training, enablement or consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal environment AI experience.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context windows, token optimization.
Experience creating LMS content (Absorb LMS) and live training for professionals.

Aufgaben

Lead AI education initiatives and learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training on real-world legal workflows.
Publish modules in Absorb LMS and manage content.
Roll out AI platforms (Harvey) and drive user adoption.
Coach on prompt engineering, context, and token management.
Educate on responsible AI, confidentiality, and data privacy.
Establish SOPs for AI in legal research and drafting.
Track attendance, platform usage, and feedback to refine strategy.
