SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, and publish modules for attorneys and staff, focusing on practical AI adoption and responsible usage.

The role emphasizes Hands-on Harvey AI, Claude, and OpenAI workflows, with governance, security, and workflow optimization as core priorities.

Formación

4+ years of technology training, enablement, or consulting.
≥1 year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
Hands-on Harvey AI experience or work in a law firm AI environment preferred.
Deep understanding of prompts, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
Experience developing learning content and administering courses in Absorb LMS.

Responsabilidades

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
Design curriculum, create materials, prompt libraries, and modular content.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows and productivity.
Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS and track engagement.
Coach on prompt engineering and foundation models for enterprise AI.
Provide governance guidance on responsible AI usage and data privacy.
