SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. Design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and guide attorneys, partners, and staff on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok) and coordinate with the firm's training team to scale programs.

Competenze

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consulting experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, token management, and context limits.
• Experience with modern Learning Management Systems (Absorb LMS or similar).
• Live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.
