Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced AI Systems Configurator for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will identify high-impact AI opportunities, design intelligent workflows, and build agentic systems connecting core business platforms.

Qualifications

>5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, RevOps, or related fields.
>Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows in production.
>Ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

>Identify strategic AI opportunities and quantify value beyond automation.
>Design and optimize connected workflows across delivery, operations, marketing, and account management.
>Build a centralized data foundation connecting client info, engagements, and performance data.
>Develop and maintain AI-powered agentic workflows and integrations with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Claude, and APIs.
>Automate reporting, hours tracking, and leadership dashboards for reliable BI.
