Qualifications

• Years of experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success roles.
• Exceptional written English with tone, empathy, and clarity for different customers.
• Ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot technical or billing issues.
• High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
• Sharp eye for identifying errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy in responses.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially for translation and localization work.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy, brand voice, and helpfulness scores.
• Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows.
• Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQs and macros for clarity and correctness.
• Annotate model responses to assess sentiment and tone against standards.
• Quality assure AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics.
