Qualifications

• High-volume customer support or client success experience.
• Excellent written English with adaptable tone for different customer personas.
• Ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide clear troubleshooting steps.
• Fast typist with the ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
• Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus for evaluating translation and localized support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy and brand voice.
• Simulate customer interactions with realistic support tickets and dialogue flows.
• Refine knowledge bases and FAQs to be easy to follow and technically correct.
• Annotate model sentiment to ensure empathetic, professional, or appropriately toned responses.
• Quality assure outputs against standard Support QA rubrics for professional service.
