• Multilingual abilities are a plus for translating or localized support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy and brand voice.
• Simulate realistic support tickets and dialogues for edge cases.
• Audit and refine AI-generated FAQs and macros.
• Label sentiment to ensure empathetic, professional, or appropriately toned responses.
• Compare AI outputs against standard QA rubrics.
