Prolific is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our Expert Network and help train AI models using real service expertise. You’ll complete a short test if selected and then join as a paid participant with flexible hours and the option to work from home.

Researchers paying up to $30 per hour may assign tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, with many shorter opportunities available. Strong English and fast, accurate responses are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy and brand voice.
• Create realistic support tickets and dialogues to test AI handling of edge cases.
• Audit and refine AI-generated FAQs and macros for correctness and clarity.
• Annotate model responses for sentiment and professionalism.
• Compare AI outputs to QA rubrics to ensure standards.
