Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
• Excellent written English with ability to adapt tone, empathy and clarity for different personas.
• Proven ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot technical or billing issues.
• High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
• Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone or factual accuracy.
• Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus for translations and localized support.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy, brand voice, and usefulness scores.
• Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows.
• Audit and refine AI-generated knowledge bases and macros for clarity and correctness.
• Annotate model responses to assess sentiment and appropriateness of tone.
• Quality assure outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to meet professional standards.
