Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Success Manager in the United States (Oregon) to partner with Fortune 500 customers, translate AI capabilities, drive product adoption, and measure business outcomes. You will define success frameworks and consult on process changes, acting as a strategic liaison between executives, operations, and technical teams.

You will own account health, drive renewals, and lead periodic business reviews, balancing strategy with hands-on execution across on-site or remote settings.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting or customer-facing strategy roles with SaaS exposure is a plus.
Ability to break down complex problems and craft structured solutions.
Proven track record in driving value with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Master Cresta products and guide customers on adoption and value realization.
Partner with stakeholders to define success frameworks and activity plans.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand use cases with data-driven adjustments.
