Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead a high-performing team of AI Success Managers supporting large enterprise clients. You will translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, drive adoption, and steer renewal and expansion across an expanding portfolio.

• Experience leading Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar teams in a fast-paced SaaS/AI environment.
• Track record of driving retention, expansion, adoption, and measurable outcomes across enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of complex enterprise customers with rigor and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise AI Success Managers; hire, coach, and build required tools and training.
• Guide teams to build executive-level relationships and ensure clear success frameworks and value paths.
