Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 customers, translating AI capabilities into business value. You’ll drive adoption, measure outcomes, and guide process changes across executives, operations, and technical teams.

This role blends strategy, product expertise, and account ownership in a hybrid setup. Ideal candidates have 2–7+ years in management consulting or related customer-facing roles, with a knack for translating technical capabilities into real business

Qualifications

2–7+ years of experience in management consulting, customer-facing strategy + execution roles, or similar environments.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive structured solutions.
Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
Comfort operating in a technical environment (data analysis, SaaS configuration, AI tool usage) without needing to be an engineer.

Responsibilities

Product Mastery & Hands-On Execution: Understand Cresta’s products and guide customers on how to use features to drive results.
Consultative Partnership: Work with stakeholders to understand goals and provide clear recommendations and practical solutions.
Driving Customer Value: Identify opportunities to improve performance and refine deployment for measurable impact.
Account Ownership: Maintain overall account health, renewals, and run periodic business reviews.
