Cresta is seeking an experienced AI Strategist to lead customer AI initiatives remotely across the United States. You will identify automation opportunities, build ROI-focused roadmaps, and partner with CX, Ops, Product, Sales, and IT to drive measurable business impact.

You will stay current on Cresta features, pilot new capabilities, and coordinate deployments with FDEs and FDPMs, ensuring value realization against the original business case.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation or customer success.
• Experience with AI or LLM-first products preferred.
• Able to translate business needs into AI roadmaps and ROI-focused plans.

• Prioritize initiatives by ROI and build business cases for sign-off.
• Maintain enterprise AI roadmap and align stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
