Cresta in the United States is seeking a Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead a high-performing team of AI Success Managers. This is a strategic, enterprise-focused role combining leadership, consulting, and SaaS expertise to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across complex accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to shape customer outcomes, establish success metrics, and scale value realization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer success or strategic account teams in SaaS/AI environments.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion, and driving measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise AI Success Managers.
• Drive strategic outcomes with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise accounts with prioritization and discipline.
• Scale AI adoption and measure value realization.
• Coach product fluency and guide customers on configuration and workflows.
• Own retention and expansion in collaboration with Sales.
• Define success metrics and use data to improve performance.
