Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to drive the AI transformation in customer experience. You will partner with Sales Directors, guiding customers through discovery, design, and validation of Cresta’s AI-powered solutions, aligning technical feasibility with business value.

Based on the West Coast or remote US, you’ll articulate how Cresta’s real-time AI assistants, virtual agents, and conversation intelligence deliver ROI, efficiency, and elevated CSAT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles incl. pre-sales/solutions engineering
• Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and CCaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including LLMs/SLMs
• Experience with real-time systems and SaaS architecture
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer needs to AI-driven solutions
• Design and deliver product demos highlighting Cresta’s AI capabilities
• Own POV engagements, integrations, and real-time coaching workflows
• Run ROI workshops and build business cases showing measurable impact
• Serve as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering
