Cresta is seeking an AI Strategist to act as the embedded AI lead for customers. You will translate customer conversations into prioritized plans, identify automation opportunities, and drive measurable ROI with Cresta's AI capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers to improve deployed AI and scale successful pilots. You will engage senior stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT, shaping roadmaps, defining success, and ensuring the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success.
• Experience with AI/LLM-first products is preferred.
• Strong ability to build roadmaps and business cases that senior stakeholders approve.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
