Job summary

The candidate will define measurement frameworks, drive tool rationalization, and build investment roadmaps aligned to future budgets, improving seller experience and ROI across Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, transformation or senior operations.
• Hands-on experience designing or advising on AI solutions.
• Ability to translate business priorities into technology and transformation strategy.
• Experience with enterprise AI and agentic technologies in a sales tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO.
• Act as AI Ambassador for Sales and SBO in governance efforts.
• Guide teams in AI solution development and implementation.
• Develop evaluation criteria and sequencing for new tools entering pilots.
