Job summary

Arize AI is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to partner with leading AI/ML teams and nurture Commercial/Digital Native customers. You will drive adoption, shape use cases, and ensure success in leveraging AI in production.

This role blends solutions consulting, customer engagement, and AI product feedback, working with ML and AI engineering teams to observe, evaluate, and improve AI systems. Remote-first with SF Bay Area presence option.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a tech company.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle, demonstrated through hands-on work, formal education, or self-study.
• Proven ability to demo a technical product and connect it to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to understand Python or SQL scripts.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Depth in at least one industry (financial services, healthcare, retail, tech); additional domains a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of commercial/digital native accounts: account plans, regular touchpoints, usage monitoring, QBRs, and renewals.
• Conduct discovery with customer AI/ML teams to understand goals, show Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed AI Engineers to address complex customer needs and advise on best practices.
• Run QBRs to demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor product usage across accounts to gauge health and renewals.
• Engage executives as champions to drive adoption beyond the initial team.
• Lead onboarding workshops and training on new functionality.
• Work with Account Management and Sales to convert pilots into deployments.
• Turn customer feedback into standardized offerings.
