We empower teams to make AI work better for people and deliver measurable value. As a Customer Success professional, you will manage account portfolios, drive product adoption, and renewals while translating customer goals into repeatable offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows and the agent development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
