Assistant Launch is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from inbound inquiries through close—and to help convert demand into revenue for our fast-growing positioning in AI staffing and consulting.

In this remote role, you’ll guide founders and operators with a consultative approach, articulate the value of EA placement, AI specialist placement, and AI consulting, and partner with marketing to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Experience handling inbound leads and running full sales cycles.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into paying clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from inbound outreach to signed agreement.
• Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
• Convert inbound demand efficiently and maintain high win rates.
• Manage CRM pipeline, keep notes and forecasts up to date.
• Refine messaging and share feedback with marketing and leadership.
• Represent the brand professionally from first touch to close.
