Job summary

Assistant Launch is seeking an Account Executive to drive full sales cycles for inbound and outbound opportunities in a remote-first environment. You will own discovery calls, qualification, proposal, and closing, building trusted relationships with founders and operators.

You will guide clients to the right solution—Executive Assistant placement, AI Specialist placement, or AI consulting—while maintaining a robust CRM, reporting, and strategic pipeline development to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Experience handling inbound leads and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Experience selling to founders/CEOs or in startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound outreach to signed agreements.
• Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
• Manage and update CRM, notes, and forecasted deals.
