Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Solutions Consultant, AI to work remotely in the United States. You will be the primary voice for Aptean's AI solutions, demonstrating AIaaS agents in a sales context and guiding clients through design of custom AI agent blueprints.

You will bridge sales and delivery, collaborating across ERP, transportation management, and other verticals. Expect quota responsibilities, discovery sessions with customers, and live AI demonstrations to drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in a presales/solutions consulting role is preferred.
• Ability to carry or contribute to a sales quota is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI agents and LLM concepts (design/orchestration/deployment).

Responsibilities

• Own and support sales goals with Account Executives.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to identify AI agent opportunities.
• Demonstrate prebuilt and custom AI agents across the portfolio.
• Explain business value, ROI, and differentiators of Aptean's AI platform.
• Design custom AI agent blueprints and produce solution scoping docs.
• Handoff to Delivery with clear agent blueprint and artifacts.
• Maintain alignment between delivery and blueprint during engagements.
• Represent Aptean AI at events and educate colleagues on AI capabilities.
• Develop AI agent proofs of concept to illustrate use cases.
