Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for the North Central US region. You will serve as the technical expert for the Cyera Platform, guiding customers from onboarding to expansion and ensuring maximum value from their investment.

In this role you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, lead technical workshops, and influence product direction while traveling up to 25–50% annually to engage with clients directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
• 12 years project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong startup pace and deadline orientation with revenue growth focus.
• Experience with data technologies, cloud environments, APIs, and web services.
• Previous software company experience in technical customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers at all levels from practitioners to executives.
• Drive adoption through onboarding and training processes.
• Design and deliver customized use cases using a consultative approach.
• Ensure customers realize value and maximize ROI with sustained adoption.
• Identify and resolve blockers, advocate customer voice for roadmap input.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and mentor team members.
