Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to own complex product troubleshooting and reproduce issues, delivering customer-focused resolutions across data security and AI safety domains.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to reduce incident impact, mentor Tier 1 engineers, and help scale our cloud security platform with rigorous documentation and knowledge base updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or SaaS support.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud and data security.
• Hands-on with ticketing and escalation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex product troubleshooting and escalations.
• Maintain case records in Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Create troubleshooting guides and runbooks.
• Mentor Tier 1 engineers on best practices.
