Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior technical leader to define architectures for machine identity and secrets governance, develop assets like blogs and whitepapers, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to advance AI identity security across customer environments.

You will engage with customers to drive adoption of identity-first security for machines and workloads, while scaling the solutions organization and contributing to product strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity security, machine identity.
• Builder mindset with passion for learning.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate enterprise architectures for machine identity and identity security across diverse environments.
• Own and develop internal and external facing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, tech enablement, and decks.
• Partner with specialist sellers and technical solutions teams to support opportunities involving secrets modernization and AI identity security.
• Engage in complex customer environments to ensure identity security is central to deploying modern workloads.
• Support revenue growth by influencing deal outcomes and accelerating strategic deals.
• Build reference architectures and demos to support customer adoption and partner integration.
• Scale the global technical solutions team by turning emerging identity solutions into repeatable field motions.
• Feed product insights from customers and external sources about modern identity challenges.
