Rivierre Recruit is hiring a driven outbound sales professional for a remote US-based role at a growing AI tech startup. You will own top-of-funnel outreach across multiple channels, qualify meetings, and manage your CRM-rich pipeline to drive growth.

Base salary $60-70k with an OTE of $90k+. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision. Fast-track growth toward AE and promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel by generating new opportunities using multi-channel outreach.
• Hit qualified meetings booked targets; you are paid per meeting booked with tiered plan.
• Track sales activity in the CRM; log touches and manage your pipeline.
• Research prospects and tailor pitches connecting AI solutions to their needs.
• Handle objections and turn cold interest into booked conversations.
• Partner with account executives to hand off warm, qualified meetings and refine messaging.
