Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will evaluate live AI conversations, compare images and videos, and explain what is off, contributing to ongoing AI improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong writing skills, keen attention to detail, and are comfortable working remotely from multiple countries. Pay is hourly with potential incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, artefacts, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing specific explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard and why better options were chosen.
