Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs for naturalness and adherence, spotting issues, and providing concise explanations. This role helps improve AI systems for real-world use while offering flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/viewing.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of your observations.
